Mike McLaughlin (Reverend)

Mike and Charlotte McLaughlin grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. Mike has a bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. After many years of serving with Young Life, he felt the call to the pastoral ministry. Church planting immediately grabbed his attention and God put it on his heart that this would be the ministry for him. Before moving to Albuquerque Mike served as Assistant Pastor of Church Planting at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in McKinney, Texas. Charlotte has a Bachelor of Science degree from Covenant College and a Master of Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She has also served as a CPA with KPMG. Mike and Charlotte have three children, Connor, Kelly and Aiden and their dog Murphy.

Assistant Pastor

Justin Edgar (Reverend)

Justin comes to be an apprentice for church planting in which he will start a new church here in Albuquerque in two years. Before Justin plants a new church he is serving at Crossroads in the capacity of community groups, youth and college ministry, and evangelism/outreach. We’re very excited for this unique opportunity. Justin and his wife Danette have four children, Jedidiah, Blakley, Jadyn, and Judson.

Kevin Morgan

Kevin has passionately led the congregation of Crossroads Fellowship in worship since November of 2008. Kevin grew up in the pine tree covered hills of Eastern Washington State. He moved to Albuquerque with his wife Rachael in the summer of 2008, and enjoys the community they found here, both in the city and at Crossroads. Kevin enjoys singing and songwriting and performs around the Albuquerque area.
